I took this photo from the train yesterday evening as it trundled through south London. I thought they were three clocks, but my companion said he thought they were wind turbines, and yes, it is a new skyscraper apartment block at the Elephant & Castle which makes 8% or so of its own energy from the three fans. Just opened, the Strata Tower is part of the regeneration of the E&C area. The sites below show what it looks like from the ground, and gives other techy info..
