Blue sky and sunshine, the wind whipping powdery snow from the top of Canigó, the Catalan sacred mountain. A trip to see the Romanesque churches of the hills & valley - St Michel de Cuxa, Taurinya, Corneilla. Christmas dinner was Muscat de Noel, paté campagne, sea bream en croute de sel, and homemade Xmas pud, stuffed with a candied clementine and soaked in Armagnac, Blanquette de Limoux à boire.
